EC605 : Early Childhood Teachers as Leaders
This course explores leadership styles and explores them in the context of early childhood teaching. You are encouraged to link those leadership styles to learning and relevant policies and research. You consider the significance of the personal wellbeing in light of team efficiency and improving teaching and learning of infants, toddlers and young children. This course supports you to evaluate shared leadership in terms of enhancing pedagogical practices, as well as teacher’s and child’s wellbeing.
